Obama Ruins Oval Office Rug on Visit

Tensions were high as Barack Obama not only interrupted the current occupant's day of doing nothing, but managed to destroy a piece of American history in the process. Breaking White House protocol, the President-Elect chose to stop and smell some of the offerings in the famous Rose Garden. Upon entering the Oval Office, Obama proceeded to track soil and mulch throughout the workplace of the most powerful leader in the free world. "You would have thought he would wipe his feet", said an obviously agitated President Bush, "I knew he wasn't ready for this job."Later Bush revised his statement. "I really don't care, but Laura's goingto throw a tizzy fit."

The election had me scared for a while but our people stood up and rejected the politics of fear and division that ruled for eight long years . I think now we have the best chance to live up to the idea of what we are all about . Its beautiful to realize that so many people looked past color and elected such a man as Barack Obama . Today he and his wife go to the White House to meet with Mr. Bush and Laura and someone wrote "I can't believe Obama is already sitting down today with an unpopular, aggressive world leader without preconditions.
